All Reiki is a form of "hands on healing" involving Universal Energy. This energy is channeled through a healer who has received the proper "attunements" from a Reiki Master Teacher. These attunements allow the healer to be an open channel for the energy to flow through. We refer to our method of reiki as "contemporary reiki", because we supplement the traditional standard reiki program with important additional healing information. We feel our expanded program teaches the student to be a more complete and responsible healer.

Reiki Level I, Level II, Advanced Reiki and Masters Reiki are all offered through the Ohio Reiki Training Center. All levels of Karuna Reiki are available after a standard Masters level has been attained.

Karuna ® Reiki is similar to standard reiki in both techniques and energy. It makes use of a slightly different "flavor" of energy flow and adds a number of additional symbols for healing use.

Ni Kawa ® Reiki is also available through the Center. Ni Kawa includes attunements and symbols for Level I, Level II, Advanced and Masters. The name Ni Kawa means "twin streams" and is a new reiki discipline. Ni Kawa works with a higher, more refined form of energy and employs a more advanced system of healing techniques than standard reiki. A Reiki Masters level is required as a prerequisite to Ni Kawa.

In this class the student will develop the ability to work closely with spiritual energy as provided by our celestial guides and teachers. You will learn the proper techniques to channel spiritual energy into the physical plane to facilitate healing for those in need. A channel for the energy to flow through as well as a personal "link" with Spirit is established for each student through an ancient initiation process.

You will learn the metaphysical significance of the physical systems of the human body. How does the circulatory system, the reproductive system, the skeletal system and more, relate to the systems in our spiritual body? How does our soul consciousness manifest itself through the workings of our physical body? What are the spiritual meanings and causes of physical disease? How can we as healers work with clients to understand and release the spiritual causes of illness?

You will learn a variety of techniques to balance and release physical ailments by correcting problems in the client's astral body. Illness and disease appear on the astral level before they manifest as physical problems. Using these techniques can help eliminate blocks before they develop into physical illness, as well as release the stuck energies that are already causing physical symptoms.

To a large degree we are who we are today, because of the lives we have lived in the past. This program teaches the student ways to help others discover information related to their past lives, how to understand why they are affected in this life by what happened before, and how to make changes in the way they respond in the present that will allow them to finally heal old wounds. These techniques may be used by the student to learn information about their own past lives as well as the lives of others.

The human body is affected in numerous ways by both sound and color. This class imparts information on how and why we are positively or negatively affected by sound and color, and teaches a variety of techniques to use sound and color to heal various illnesses and dis-ease. Explanation is given on how individual color preferences may be used to gain personal insight, physical reactions to color and sound, and how toning can be used as a source of healing for the body. Light therapy is also discussed.

The Spiritual Intensive programs are designed to help the student begin a journey of personal discovery and develop a close connection with Spirit. These programs consist of lecture information, guided meditations, energy management techniques, proper application of personal power principles, and hands on spiritual exercises. Each intensive builds on the one before and continues to enhance and develop your spiritual growth and connection with Spirit. The skills learned in these intensive programs may be used to serve others by providing spiritual guidance to clients or used privately to guide your personal spiritual pathway. The cost for each six-day workshop is $1200.00

The Healing Intensives are composed of three healing classes each. Level I includes Trance Healing, Astral Release and Spiritual Anatomy. Level II includes Hypnosis for Healers, Past Life Therapy and Sound and Color Healing. These healing intensives are designed for the out of town student who wishes to group classes together rather than travel over several weekends, or for local students who wish to immerse themselves in the healing experience. This class is an ongoing program, set up in 15 week terms. It is designed for the student who is new to metaphysics and spiritual development. A variety of topics are covered, a few of which are; pendulum use, spirit guides, meditation, dream interpretation, palmistry, numerology, graphology, herbology, aromatherapy, shaminism, auras, stone and crystal use, psychic shielding, sacred space creation, symbology and tarot. During this class the student is introduced to his or her guides and begins to learn the art of spirit communication. A variety of fun and practical exercises are employed to develop the student's clairvoyant abilities. Psychometry, telepathy, spirit messages, and flame messages are a few of the communication tools taught in this class.

Feng Shui is the 4000-year-old art of energy management. This workshop is an introduction to the basic principles, history and application of feng shui. Topics include; chi, the five elements, yin-yang, the tao, key furniture placements, structural enhancements, feng shui cures, and feng shui color theory. Understand the how and why of energy flow and learn how to manage this flow to create a positive environment in your home or workplace. We will discuss the eight-sided bagua and recommend enhancements for finances, career, health, family, love and marriage. The workshop concludes with a practical slide presentation intended to help the students apply the information they have learned.

This is not your "typical" Bible study class. We will be looking at the Bible from a new age/metaphysical viewpoint. We will examine the origin and translations of the Bible. We will discuss how ancient culture, truth and myth influenced the information in the Bible.
This is a two part, two weekend class. A term paper will be assigned.
