Autumn Creek Church
Conspiracy of Kindness Program
On Easter Sunday Steve announced Autumn Creek’s on-going Conspiracy of Kindness Program. The Church will be participating in “Random Acts of Kindness.”
Individuals are encouraged to donate their time or skills to help others. A few examples would be things like visiting or running errands for the sick or shut-in, mowing a neighbors lawn, baking cookies or other treats to give away, or offering a night of free babysitting. Those who have special skills might sew a play dress for a child, help balance a check book, or do an oil change and tune up for a neighbor. Essentially we are asking everyone to be on the alert for small things we can do to make someone smile!
A little kindness goes a long way to improving someone’s day. You may never know the positive effects on the lives you touch! I still smile when I think back to a few weeks ago when my friend surprised me at work with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, for no “reason” at all!
We encourage those visiting the web site to join us in our “Conspiracy.” Let’s make this the year for more! The year for more kindness, more patience, more understanding, more sharing, more caring, more LOVE!
Namaste,
Pat and Steve
