The Four Step Plan

Good evening. It is a pleasure to be with you once again. I bring you love and healing. Allow the people that I have brought with me to circulate through you, and during our conversation this evening allow yourself to be healed. Allow energy to flow through you. Allow the healing to take place.

I would like to begin our discussion this evening with a comment on a comet, or more correctly an asteroid. In sixteen and one half of your years an asteroid will be on a collision course with your planet. If this is not common knowledge it soon will be. Before you hear this, before you listen to those people who predict the end of the world, before you hear those prophecies jumping up and saying, “I told you so! We’re going to get hit!” let me tell you that the technology already exists for you to move this asteroid slightly off of its orbit, enough to miss your planet completely.

Those people that were disappointed when on January 1st 2000 the world still existed, will seize this opportunity to foreshadow and foretell the doom of your planet. Rubbish!

They will indicate that a mile and a half diameter asteroid would create a cataclysmic happening on your planet, and in that sense they are correct. It will however, never reach your planet. It revolves in an elliptical orbit around your sun at two-year intervals. Your scientists will have a wealth of time to deflect its orbit slightly.

In the meanwhile those people who are hoping for the demise of your planet will have a lot of publicity. You folks who are wise can laugh knowingly.

Many times I have been asked, “How does one know why one is here?” This question has been asked for thousands of years. A bit of explanation may be in order. In the time between incarnations on your planet you spend your time learning and growing. As the time comes for you to reincarnate your job on the other side becomes the retrospective of your combined incarnations. In other words you look back over all your lives. Sometimes you will feel pride at those things that you have accomplished. Sometimes you will feel frustration with those things that were just beyond your grasp. At times you will look at a life and say, “Boy did I blow that one!”

You sit with your friends, your spiritual family, and you decide when I come back again these are the things that I want to do. The things that you have chosen in this life do not necessarily reflect anything from your immediate past lives. Immediate past lives may be too traumatic or too inconsequential for you to deal with in the current life.

Most of you are dealing with situations from many, many, many lives ago. Think of a situation as a very small spider in the corner of your kitchen. You see it. You bat at it and it runs and hides. As lives go past its web becomes larger. The situation that started in one life magnifies and magnifies and eventually the spider in the corner of your kitchen becomes large and fat. Looking up you say, “I can’t stand this anymore!” and you go after that spider with a vengeance.

Most of you feel that way about the shortcomings that you have had in past lives. The first few times that you experienced this shortcoming you considered it inconsequential. After a while as it continues to grow it becomes something that you look at and say, “I really need to get rid of this.” and so you come in with that as one of your primary agendas.

Some people come in to learn. We consider that being in lesson. To some degree all of you are here in lesson since you are learning and growing, but for most of you in this room your primary objective is to be in service rather than in lesson. We refer to you as World Servers. Please do not let that go to your head. You serve the world one individual at a time. You have come in to make the world a better place.

As you can see from this description even the most simplistic contract with Spirit has at least three parts. One area sometimes more that you would like to improve, the learning and growth that you plan to achieve while on this planet, and for most of you here the service to the planet and to its people.

Many of you have said, “If I understood what I was getting into I wouldn’t be here.” With all love I would remind you that you stood in line to be here at this time. In your lives at this time on your planet, due to the energetic shift surrounding your planet, it is possible for you to make greater progress than has been possible for the last eight hundred of your years. You will not receive an energetic opportunity of this magnitude again for almost one thousand of your years. Oh yes, you stood in line for this opportunity!

You are able while on this planet in this incarnation to learn and grow at the rate that you will never need to return if you do not choose to. It is possible in your lifetime for you to become a Master. The energy of this planet is that strong and that open at this juncture. Oh yes, you stood in line for this opportunity. In the short span of your life on this planet, you can, during this time period, accomplish what would take you hundreds of incarnations without this energy. You planned and you studied and you worked and yes, you stood in line for this opportunity.

Let us discuss this evening some factors that go into your learning, your progress and your growth. The first factor is information. You reach a point in your life where you understand that what you have been taught is simply not enough. You explore in books, magazines, tonal transcriptions (tapes) and groups such as this. This is the way to grow and learn. Information is brought to you and you revel in it. “I knew there had to be something else! I knew there had to be another way. I knew that somehow or another my soul could experience freedom.”

You study, you take classes and you learn. Some of you will stop at that first step. You will stop with the information. You will study, you will learn, you will get much information, and after the initial blush wears off it will seem to you that it has no practical value. You will drift away, back into the materialistic world that you were in before. You will wonder, "What did I ever see in that?”

Others of you will understand that the next step past information is application. All the information in the world does you no good if it is not applied. You may read all the books on piloting an airliner that you wish, but I will not let my friend get in your aircraft! (Laughter) Information by itself is useless. It must be applied even in a small way. If you start to apply the information that you have learned then you will understand its value. Then you will know what you saw in it. Then you will understand what it is like for your soul to be free.

The application of the information is a necessity. As that information becomes applied more and more and becomes more and more a part of your life, becomes integrated to your existence, you move to the third stage, which is transformation.

As that information is applied you become transformed. You become a person who is in touch with their guides, with their spirit helpers. You become a person who when they wish to understand their contract with Spirit, goes to ask the friends who helped them design it. You become a person who is transformed on this planet. You are in the world but no longer of it. You begin to understand your place as a spiritual being and your soul begins to experience freedom.

As that happens, automatically the fourth step occurs. That step is validation. Things will appear to you, things you have asked for. Something that you think about will be confirmed by a friend who has no knowledge of your thoughts. An idea that you have will show up on the news. A question that you ask may be answered by a song on the radio. This begins to validate your experience. It begins to show you that what you are achieving is real. This leads you back to step one to gather more information, to grow further, which is then applied, which then assists in your transformation, which then gives more visible evidence or validation of your latest increase in information, and so the cycle repeats.

In a very basic conceptual manner this is how we explain to you your current incarnation, how you have arrived at it, and how you may derive the greatest benefit from being here at this time. The more information that is brought in and applied the greater the transformation and yes, you may in this lifetime achieve Masterhood and yes, you did stand in line to be here at this time.
