Autumn Creek Church
Agroba
As we prepare for the lesson this evening imagine yourself surrounded by candlelight. There is no electric light available. It has not yet been invented.
With this picture in mind can you understand how in ancient times people felt they were close to Spirit and Spirit was close to them? Can you understand that what we have done in chasing away the dark has essentially chased away a part of our connection to Spirit?
Good evening. It is nice to be back with you. Your energy feels very elevated this evening. As the entourage that I have brought with me moves through the room we will see if we may elevate it still further.
Did you miss us while we were gone? (Pat and Steve were away on vacation) Yes! We have not been “gone” you know.
I would like to introduce you this evening to a word. That word is AGROBA.
Agroba is a word that is very ancient. That ancient word is one of your first recorded words for “human”. It comes from an ancient language that you would now associate with the country of Tibet. It’s literal meaning is “one who goes” as in one who goes on treks, one who goes on adventures, one who goes on journeys, one who is, in your parlance of today, “on the path.” It is in fact the word for human. It refers to a time when all travel was done on foot.
I asked my friend at the beginning of this conversation to allow you to experience the light of candles and to imagine life illuminated only by candles. Now I would ask you to go a step farther and think of a life where transportation came by walking. Occasionally wagons or carts were used, but those were mostly for grain.
When the agroba wished to go on a trek they went by foot. As they walked they experienced the Earth. It is a fundamental tenet that to learn about yourself you should experience the Earth. You could say that it was good for their souls! (soles) I love your language. It is so humorous!
In your society you have electric. You have radio. You have boxes in the middle of your living rooms with people in them. If you wish to experience nature there is a channel for that, but the nature you experience that way is no more real than the people who live in the box.
Nature is an expression of Source. The planet on which you live is an expression of Good Orderly Direction. It is in fact a living being which will respond and react to the living presence of an agroba.
The religions of your world, and there are many religions on your world, almost universally speak of a path, a quest, a bridge, a journey, something that is crossed. The unspoken part of that, is that it is crossed on foot.
Enlightenment does not come at a drive through window. Enlightenment comes as you walk to it. Your religious texts speak of people in migration, people who walk from one place to another. When Sananda spent forty days in the wilderness he didn’t do it in his air-conditioned camper. He walked.
In your mythology of Moses leading the Hebrew people from Egypt they walked. When you wander in the wilderness for forty years you are hard pressed to find a gas station.
Walking puts you in touch with spirit. Walking synchronizes your breathing with your steps and allows for your inspiration to be of the Earth.
What do I do when I walk? Begin with a small mantra. Repeat this after me - Send us your love, below as above. Can you see how the rhythm of that could be used in walking? So that your walking becomes a meditation. It becomes a connection.
You should walk outside. Regardless of the weather conditions you should walk outside. The part of you that you refer to as the right brain in fact responds to visual stimuli. Therefore as you walk you are constantly presenting it with new visual information.
Walking has power. What else can I do as I walk? You may move energy in between the energy centers of your body. A famous walk was done by an early incarnation of Sananda called Joshua. If you will remember, Joshua was the assistant for Moses. After Moses left the tent where he had been praying Joshua remained in the tent to talk to his father. After Moses made the transition Joshua led the people into what has been referred to as the Promised Land. I will have more to say about the Promised Land in the future.
One of the obstacles that Joshua ran into was confronting the symbolic town of Jericho. He was instructed to take his priests and walk around this walled city seven times on seven separate days. At the end of that the walls fell down.
Please understand that this never happened in your reality. It is symbolic of what may be accomplished by walking. The City of Light, which is the symbolic Jericho, is surrounded by a wall that you have built by your connection to the material world. The seven circuits around the wall represent each of your seven energy centers. As you rotate through those energy centers one at a time, allowing the energy to rise from the bottom to the top, as it reaches the top it breaks down the wall that you have built and allows you access to the City of Light, that place where your guides and teachers dwell, that place where you may access information.
Do you begin to see the benefits that come from walking? What do you wish to accomplish in the next three months? What would you like to do? What would you like to have happen for you? Write several of those down and use them as concentration points when you go out for your walk.
You should walk twenty of your minutes per day. If your time is very short, you may replace a meditation period with this walk, as it becomes a moving meditation. Please understand that from our viewpoint you have all the time that is.
Have you noticed that as I bring my energy through my friend I have asked him to remove his timepiece, since at this nexus time does not exist for either him or myself?
But take a few minutes, twenty of your minutes on a daily basis and go out of your home and walk. As you walk allow your energy to move to the base chakra, up though your crown chakra, and move yet further through the wall into the City of Light. Allow that light to flow through you with its information, its knowledge, its love and its affirmation of you as a spiritual being.
I am often asked, What is the purpose? Why am I here? I will tell you that your purpose is to experience Joy. Your next question, even now in your minds is, How do I do that? Start by taking a walk. Put down the remote. Put on your coat. Go out the door and commune with Source. Surround yourself with those things that are part of the Earth. Surround yourself with those things that are brought to you by Spirit. Get away from the location that forces you to think and act and respond like a human. Get out into the area of Good Orderly Direction where you may understand that you are in fact a Spirit and a wonderful one. It will be good for your soul. It will put you in touch with your soul.
I would like you all now if you will to take a very deep breath and feel yourself bringing in Spirit. As you release that feel the energy and the love from my entourage as it comes down and surrounds you. Do that now.
There will be changes in the coming months in the way this Fellowship is conducted. I am bringing that information to my friend on the construction of what he would call order of service. I will be pleased to bring to you information on healing as done in a seated position, for those of you who have been practicing the healing that I have previously brought to you. My friend will be bringing you messages, I dislike the word sermon, my friend will be bringing you messages and I can assure you that he will have my input!
These changes are being brought about to work with the energy that is being brought into this Fellowship now. This energy will continue within this Fellowship and will help it grow and change. These changes will help facilitate the growth of this body. I plan to remain a very active part of it. Please do not feel that as these conversations become more infrequent that I am no longer here because I will be. I will continue to be an integral part of this Fellowship because this Fellowship is an integral part of the message that I bring from the other side. We are to that degree “linked” to each other.
Please allow healing to flow through you, love to revive you and peace to reside in your heart. I ask my entourage to return to me. In the service of love I bid you good evening.
Question: In the last lesson you asked us to think about two questions. Why did your posted picture not have a beard, and what was Sananda. Could you give us your answers?
Answer: I asked you to consider two questions. The easiest one, the simplest one, was why does my likeness not have a beard? All of you looked at it and said, “But it does…”
I would remind you that I have not always had a beard. That likeness represents a single point in time. I would like you to think in terms of wide expanses of time. When the entity that we will refer to as De Rah II made his presence known in this group he brought out the point that as he looked at the drinking receptacle he saw the clay that it was, the effort that had gone into the creation of it, the energy expended by the artist that made it, and the esteem in which it is held by the person who currently owns it. All of those things are present at all times in all objects, just as all that you are, all that you have been and all that you wish to create is present within you.
At one time on your world I was born. I was very small. I had parents. I had siblings and I did not have a beard. I am no longer in your world. My energy is centered outside of your physical reality. Since I no longer hold a physical form, do I in fact have a beard? Understand that what you see is one point within a continuum of time. Not just the likeness of me but everything that you see is one point within a continuum of time.
When you are walking look at the trees and the grass and the flowers. Do they have leaves now? Will they have in several months? Will they have again? What you see physically at any given point in time is exactly that. What you must train yourself to see in order to manifest your reality is the other points of time that are available to you.
The second question which was a more difficult one, what was Sananda? I could have asked that question that was Sananda, but then that would have created more confusion. There is a healthy debate in your Christian circles as to whether or not there even was a Sananda. I would answer that by stating there still is.
What is Sananda? Sananda is that energy that you may tap into in order to break through the wall of Jericho. After all he did it first and showed you how. Sananda is an energy that has in many physical forms presented himself to you and lived what you would refer to as a metaphysical life or a mystical life. Sananda is the energy that will allow you to become part of that mystical life. That life where you understand that you are in fact a spiritual being, that you are guilty of nothing, that you need fear nothing, that you have the ability to manifest those things that you desire and need. Sananda is that energy.
